I bought 6 of these in October 2023, as of August 2024 a mere 10 months later, we always have to repair and tighten them up. 3 of them have completely broken beyond repair. We bought 6 of these for our Hotel, they did not hold up well at all. So disappointed.

Luggage cart tubbing gets very loose after few use, not very safe for customers.
