One of these chairs arrived damaged. I have tried contacting customer service through their AI chat bot which did not bring up this order correctly making it impossible to submit a request for replacement. I also sent a request to their customer service department, through the website a few weeks ago, with pictures and the order number, along with the item number and have not had anyone respond to my messages. I am very disappointed that there is NO customer service number to call or email address listed anywhere on the website, to get this resolved. In terms of customer service I vote this an F - I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company again.

The chair seems solid enough, though not comfortable enough for sitting for long periods. The biggest thing I have against it is color, it's no where near what the picture shows, it's much darker.

We bought these chairs for our ice cream cafe and they are perfect! Easy to clean, look great and are comfortable. They were well packaged as we purchased 16 of these chairs and not one had a scratch, dent or damaged in any way. Definitely would recommend and purchase again.

sturdy chair with black shiny paint, very great, looks elegant, and sturdy. perfect for restaurant business, i think this is great for outdoor seating too. but i receive the chair few has dents.
