2.0Looks good as long as you don't plan on having customers sit in them. Shipping commercial chairs unassembled? Really? We assembled the chair and it is a loose piece of junk ready to fall apart. Luckily, I only bought one and it will be going back. NEVER buy this chair. With that said, we love some of their other chairs including their Industrial Chair.
