4.0This is a great addtion to have to help control customer lines. If you're able to use this on a wall instead of getting a pole version, it's a much cheaper option.

(as pictured) Do not be fooled into thinking that the phrase "hardware included" in the description includes this receiver component, because it doesn't. For our purposes it is rendered useless without it. If you are attaching it to another stanchion, then your fine. but it is not a stand alone unit. Also the comment, "Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry you did not prefer this product. For recommendations, please contact our Customer Solutions team. WebstaurantStore Customer Solutions" offers no help - all they did is send me a bag of wall anchors and screws with no receiver plate.
