Received damaged. RMA process already taking too much time. Filled out form, was denied, now I have to wait to hear. I see I'm not the first to receive a damaged top - ordered one to review, looking at changing 35 tops total - looks like this isn't the item for us.

Ordered 4 30x60 reversible tables and each had scratches from shipping. I would like a webstaurant rep to contact me.

Received two table tops. Both damaged on either side of table top. Scratches prevalent on Cherry side for both units and stains on one of the black surfaces while the other table had a chunk taken out of the laminate exposing the particle board. Have ordered several times from Webstaurant and always been very satisfied. Not so much this time around.

The table arrived damaged. We ordered two tables. One of which is perfect. The other had some damage. Customer service sent us another table, and it was damaged as well. We asked customer service to send yet another one; and it was damaged too. So far we received three damaged tables. This is unacceptable. We are very disappointed with the quality control and packaging of the tables. The tables were packaged with one layer of cardboard and a thin foam sheet. No padding whatsoever. We think this is what is leading to the damage. Pictured below is just some of the damage to the tables.

Products were either damaged in shipping or damaged in production. Should be double boxed. The only thing I liked was the price but if all you get is damaged goods not worth it.

The product is just fine; looks nice and seems durable. The problem is shipping. I received three tables; each one damaged in shipping. The second and third were replacements for the first. I finally had to accept a refund as they couldn't be successfully delivered without damage (FedEx Ground). The cause is very poor packaging from the manufacturer; thin box and just a thin sheet of Styrofoam wrap. So, unless you can pick these up, avoid them. I'm assuming they weren't damaged in transit from the factory to this vendor.
