The bar height column is not only great for casual seating when paired with bar height chairs (sold separately), but it also makes for a great standing room only (SRO) lounge option for entertaining.

Within the base column lies a threaded interior column that easily fastens to the spider plate—a pre-drilled, cast-iron plate intended to secure the column to the tabletop.
