Clark Associates ("Clark", "us," or "we"), in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is recalling 12 models of the Lancaster Table & Seating Standard Height Plastic Restaurant High Chair manufactured in China. This recall is in response to reports we received of the product breaking while in use. Specifically, the T-bar located at the front of the chair can become loose and fall or break off while the high chair is in use, posing a fall hazard. You should immediately stop using any recalled high chairs.

The high chairs are brown, black, or gray and were sold in either assembled or ready-to-assemble form. The high chairs were sold from June 2014 through January 2024. This recall does not affect any other Lancaster Table & Seating products.
In this recall, we are providing customers a full reimbursement of the purchase price, in the form of a refund or a store credit.

How Do I Obtain My Refund or Store Credit?
Step 1
Verify that you have a high chair that is included in the recall by locating the warning label on the back of the seatback to confirm that it lists “Lancaster Table & Seating” and the item number.
Step 2
In order to be eligible for the refund or store credit, your high chair must be labeled “Lancaster Table & Seating” and be one of the included models. If your high chair satisfies these conditions, please provide us with your contact information so we can issue a refund or store credit.
Step 3
To ensure that the recalled high chair can no longer be used, you must dispose of the chair using your local waste handler. If you have multiple high chairs, you must dispose of all of them. A refund or store credit cannot be issued unless you certify that you will dispose of the recalled high chairs with your local waste handler.
