We ordered over 100 of these chairs. Unfortunately the first two shipments we received were different from the items pictured on the website. I notified customer service and they immediately began resolving the issue. By the end of the same day, they had found the issue, apologized and set up an exchange for the correct items. We loaded them up and shipped them off, in a few days they had the correct chairs at our door and we love them! The seats are well cushioned and the chairs are built well. They are a perfect fit in our dining rooms.

These are great chairs. We've had them in our fairly busy cafe for a year without much wear and tare.They are sturdy and you can't beat the price. Easy to clean too.

Purchased 32 Lancaster ladder back chairs at the end of April. By the middle of may 20 of the 32 chairs had screws falling out that hold the cushion. These screws are at the front of the cushion and is now allowing the back screws to work free. This is a serious manufacturer defect because the screws will not hold the cushion.. Do not recommend the purchase of these chairs due to the risk and liability should the cushion detach from the chair.

These chairs are great for restaurants. Not only do they look nice but they are comfortable with the padded seat.

These chairs are excellent - extremely comfortable and affordable. The darker wood looks very upscale. We bought these when adding seating, and they were exactly the same as previously bought ones, save money per chair!
